Canadian English language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP) is specifically designed to assess key language skills required for Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) and Citizenship . Like IELTS, CELPIP has 4 modules Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing. It is 100% Canadian, developed by Paragon Testing Enterprise (a subsidiary of University of British Columbia). It is entirely computer-based test completing all four modules in a single sitting.
